James “Jim” Gajdosik is a seasoned professional with a lifelong passion for service, exploration, and building connections across cultures.
After growing up in the restaurant industry, Jim went on to own Jim’s Tap Cleaning INC and serve a distinguished career in Law Enforcement and Corrections, including time on a Dive Water Rescue Team for the Sheriff’s Office.
Now retired from the badge but not from adventure, Jim founded JRG Travel and Adventures to help others experience the transformative power of travel. Whether it's hiking through National Parks, scuba diving with sharks in Fiji, or sharing stories around a beach bonfire, Jim believes travel should be immersive, meaningful, and unforgettable.
With a reputation for quality customer service and deep local insights, Jim curates journeys that go beyond the brochure.
His goal? Help clients discover places they'll love—and stories they'll never stop telling.
